Who can benefit from the program?
The program provides support for the following groups
Youth
Young people studying in vocational education often do not have the appropriate conditions, knowledge and motivation to successfully complete their studies. The project offers mentoring, skills development trainings, inclusion in supporting teams, professional and social support to exploit their internal resources and develop their skills, gain practical tools that help them successfully complete their studies and to formulate their educational and labour market goals.
Young people who have dropped out of education, early school leavers: are encouraged by mentoring, career guidance, training and team support to be able to return to their studies and acquire a profession, which really matches their employment goals, in fields offering high-quality job opportunities.
Young people with a vocational or grammar school qualification, who also live in difficult conditions and have so far failed to find a job that corresponds to their qualifications. They are supported by career guidance, labour market and other placement trainings, in order to be able to consciously and successfully search and find work in an area of their interest and skills.
Vocational institutions:
We offer the following opportunities for partner schools:
Diverse support for the present of formerly dropped-out students, to facilitate their successful completion of studies, reintegration into education, development of their educational and labour-market skills, their realistic career-orientation in order to consciously and successfully study and gain employment.
Building cooperation with employers with a profile and locality relevant for the partnering schools, sharing mutual needs and experiences and launching possible development.
Teacher trainings and networking with the aim of enriching the toolkits of the educational staff to be more effective in the education, motivation and support of disadvantaged students and to reduce early school leaving.
Employers
We offer the following opportunities to the employer partners of the program:
Networking, sharing opportunities, needs and experiences with the other target groups of the program (schools and youth as potential future employees)
Development of the young applicants who are not yet fully eligible for the positions offered by the employer (skills development, professional, linguistic and computer trainings) to increase the number of motivated and equipped young candidates.
Capacity building and mutual learning through workshops for partnering employers to successfully reach disadvantaged young people and integrate them as employees.
