We have summerized our know-how and lessons learnt during the implementation of the project in two publication.

The diverse good practices have been collected in a Methodological guide, meanwhile the main tasks, aspects and tools of a mentor have been summarized in a Guide for Successful Mentoring

The project “Find your way to the world of work” is co-funded by the EEA and Norway Grants and the Velux Foundation and its objective is to support disadvantaged young people between 15 and 29 years old to have equal access to education and quality jobs.
